Adding roasted peppers to the classic hummus recipe is a wonderful way to spice up the hummus and is one of my favourites. I always prefer to roast my own but if you dont have the time most stores sell jars of roasted peppers. I am a chickpea fan and eat them most days for my protein intake but also beacuse I love the taste and texture of this extremley nutruious dip. The hummus itself is gluten-free and can be enjoyed with sticks of celery, carrot, beetroot or gluten-free crispbread.I topped thi one with pickled capers, homegrown arugula leaves and alfalfa.

A delicious salad with roasted squash, chickpeas and sweet potato previously marinated with Za’atar, a classic Middle Eastern seasoning and a unique blend of herbal, earthy, savory, tangy and salty flavors which is also known to have medicinal properties.
The blend contains: sesame, sumac, tumeric, thyme, wheat, sunflower oil, salt and citric acid.I added crispy kale, avocado and a few walnuts to round up a balanced meal.

Delicious easy to make vegan cookies, healthy, deliciously moist on the inside and protein packed. The recipe is for 16 cookies but you could always make half the amount by halving the ingredients. These are by far one of my favorite cookies, they have a wonderful texture and really do just melt in the mouth.
